David Mooney – Founder
David Mooney is the driving force behind Evolve Electrical Contractors. As the founder and technical director, he brings over 25 years of deep, hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical contracting. His expertise spans a wide range of systems, including solar PV, fire safety, alarms, and advanced battery storage — making him one of the most respected specialists in the field.
David’s reputation extends far beyond the walls of Evolve. Within the industry, he is widely recognised as a trusted authority in solar and electrical installations, known for his precision, integrity, and forward-thinking approach. Holding a JIB Gold Card and CITB Electrical Site Manager qualification, David remains closely involved in day-to-day operations — not just overseeing projects, but rolling up his sleeves to ensure every installation meets the highest standards. Lee Barrett – Contracts Manager
As Evolve’s Contracts Manager, Lee plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of solar installations across commercial and industrial sectors.
